Early in my career I worked in venture, helping early-stage founders raise capital and watching, up close, what let some companies scale on almost nothing while others stalled. The ones that won were rarely the ones with the most resources. They were the ones who used lean teams and the right technology to move fast and punch above their weight.

If there's one piece of this I light up on, it's go-to-market. A great business that no one hears about doesn't grow. Finding the right customers, sharpening the message, and choosing the channels that actually reach them is, more often than not, the single biggest unlock a company has. I'm a communicator first, and getting that external story right is where I do my best work.

Fire Horse is where that experience comes home. The same playbook that helps a scrappy startup grow is what an established business needs once it's plateaued and wants to run again. I find where a business is stuck, put a real number on what it's costing, and help it move.

My background runs from a Fulbright fellowship and a venture role in Mexico City to a degree from Northwestern and graduate business coursework at ITAM. Different rooms, one through line: turning constraint into momentum.
